Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The owner of the business was very helpful in pulling the online order and making sure the delivery went to the proper place. I had completed the order incorrectly. Very friendly. Also, sent a photo of the arrangement, which was beautiful with fall colors. Also sent email when flowers were delivered. It was seamless to work with them. Nice to know the care taken with the order. very organized.

The variety, color of the flowers and the overall way they were arranged.
